Apostle W. Tameka Johnson-Wiggins is a Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner with advanced education and executive level management experience. She is responsible for the supervision and oversight of curricular, instructional and clinical guidelines. She is the administrator of education for all staffing personnel and ensures that staffing patterns allow for quality education. She also develops and implements the Nursing School’s philosophy, goals, standards, policies and procedures. Ms. Johnson-Wiggins maintains an educational program of quality assurance and improvement.

Admissions Coordinator

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the management of daily operations of the nursing school. He/She reports directly to Executive Director of Nursing and works collaboratively with the President. He/She is responsible for the marketing and sales by carrying out market research and creating marketing sales strategies and actions plan to increase student enrollment. He/She actively recruits prospective students to place in class. As the Admissions Coordinator he effectively manages all students from enrollment to graduation.
INSTRUCTOR and NURSE EVALUATOR
The Instructor is trained by an approved NATCEP program in NJ to teach approved nursing curriculum. The Evaluator is trained by an approved NATCEP program in NJ to complete evaluations of student skills during the last phase of their education program. Both the Instructor and Evaluator report to the Executive Director of Nursing and collaboratively reports to the President and the Admissions Coordinator. She develops educational material is current with evidenced based practice. The Instructor develops written tests and quizzes responsive to course material presented. In addition, the Instructor is responsible for developing criteria for evaluating return demonstrations and clinical performance of the students in both classroom and clinical areas. She/he is also responsible for determining whether or not a student has satisfactory completed the training course.
